*Admission:  $10 (19yr and older)  CASH ONLY
*One head coach and one assistant will be granted free entry per team.
*Camping area will be designated
*Teams are responsible for bringing their own balls and whistles.
*No outside chairs allowed- bleacher seating and some chairs provided.
*No outside food or beverages permitted. Concessions will be provided. Herbalife will also be selling shakes, energizing teas, snacks, and other healthy options!

*Doors open at 7:00am.  Coaches meeting 7:30am.  First match will begin at 8am.
*Coaches- please remember to be on time for your work responsibilities and that you are making sure your team is ready and on task. 

*All teams will advance to playoffs.  8 teams will advance to Gold, 4 teams to Silver. *Awards will be given to 1st and 2nd place in the Gold bracket. 

16 American
Pool Play:  There are 2- 4 team pools
1v3 (2), 2v4(1), 1v4(3), 2v3(1), 3v4(2), 1v2(4)

For pools of 4 teams, the best of 3 sets will win matches. Each non-deciding set will be won by the team that first scores 25 points with a minimum 2-point advantage (no scoring cap). If there is a deciding set, it will be won by the team that first scores 15 points with a minimum 2-point advantage (no scoring cap). Change sides when a team earns 8 points. A point will be scored on each rally. If the receiving team wins the rally, they score a point and gain the serve. 

Tournament Play:
All teams advance. All teams must be ranked within their pools based on match percentage first. For any ties, use the tie-breaking procedure below. All first-place and second-place teams to the Gold playoffs. All third-place and fourth-place teams to the Silver playoffs. Playoff positions on the tournament brackets will be based on pool finish to avoid teams from the same pool playing each other in the first round. 

16 Regional
Pool Play: There is 1- 4 team pool and 2- 3 team pools
4-team Pool: 1 v. 3(2), 2 v. 4(1), 1 v. 4(3), 2 v. 3(1), 3 v. 4(2), 1 v. 2(4)
3-team Pools:
Court 2: B1 v. B3(B2), B2 vs. B3(B1), B1 vs. B2(B3), break, B1 vs. C3(B2), B2 vs. C2(B1)
Court 3: C1 v. C3(C2), C2 vs. C3(C1), C1 vs. C2(C3), break, C1 v. B3(C2)

Cancellations:
If the tournament is canceled, club directors,coaches, and officials will be contacted (phone, email) as soon as possible. Tournament cancellations will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list, and entry fees will be returned ASAP.
