2024 DAYTON SPORTS COMPLEX VOLLEYBALL FRIENDSHIP TOURNAMENT

Registration Requirements:  Register online using the "Register Teams" link on the Tournament Details page.  Send team code with entry fee BY DECEMBER 15, 2023.

Thank you for your interest in our tournament!  Team rosters will be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the tournament.

Please make sure your coach is IMPACT, SafeSport and Concussion certified.  Coaches who do not have completed certifications will not be permitted to coach per OVR rules.

TOURNAMENT ENTRY AGREEMENT & IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1.  We will hold all entry fees for deposit until January 1, 2024.  Feel free to post-date your check and get it in the mail anytime to hold your spot.  Teams who are not paid (checks received) by December 15th may be moved to the waiting list if we have teams waiting to get in.

2.  Any cancellations made fter December 15th will result in entry fee forfeiture, unless a replacement team payin the full entry fee is found to replace you.

Doors Open:  7:30 AM 

Coaches Meeting:  8:00 AM

Tournament Start Time:  8:30 AM

SPECTATOR ENTRY FEE:  $2.00

PARKING:  Cars are NOT permitted to park diretly in front of the retail stores.  There will be a LARGE sign in the parking lot and small signs warning cars where they are not allowed to park.  There is additional parking down a gravel road and signs pointing to where to go.

CONCESSIONS:  We do have a full concession with hot food, snacks, drinks on site.  NO outside food is permitted in our facility.  Please keep all coolers in your cars.  Coolers (including soft sided) are prohibited at OVR sanctioned events.  

SEATING:  We do have bleacher seating on all courts  Court 1-4 will have bleachers on both sides.  Camp chairs are welcome but, no chairs will be permitted on the end lines, between courts or on the the courts...

WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS/DELAYS:  If Montogomery County issues a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be cancelled.  A notice will be displayed on the OVR Junior Tournament list.  Club Directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted by phone or email as soon as possible.  Entry fees will be returned.
