Spectator Admission & Chair Policy
Admission is $10/day, and you can either purchase an Admission Wristband the day of the event with cash or credit card at the ticket window, or you can purchase your ticket electronically HERE ahead of time via credit card. Purchases made ahead of time must stop by the ticket window to get a wristband. Anyone 19 or older must have a wristband to enter the playing facility. Anyone 18 or younger gets in free and does not need a wristband.
NEW THIS YEAR - Chairs will be provided, so please DO NOT bring your own chair.

Below are the Columbus Convention Center site rules and regulations. Violations of the rules and regulations will result in disqualification and elimination from the event of the offending teams and/or individuals, including parents.
- Players are allowed to bring water bottles and snacks in their gym bag.
- No passing volleyballs in hallways or concessions areas. Warm-up time will be provided on the court before the match.
- No smoking in gym areas or hallways.
- There are no shower facilities.
- Put all trash in containers provided by the Convention Center staff.

This tournament is using Online Check-In (available 5 days prior to tournament).
Head Coaches must use the Online Check-In.

Go to Tournament Schedule at the bottom of the team page.
Select "Online Check-In"
Make sure your roster/certifications are complete, using link on that page.
If you need to add a player or coach temporarily for this tournament,
print out the Roster for Tournament Check-In and write the additions and
submit to Tournament Director / Site Director when you arrive at the tournament.
Specific tournament details may be distributed
at the tournament, if the Tournament Director feels that it is necessary.
Tournament Information
Coaches pick up wrist bands at table near ticket window.
Players do not need bands. They should be under 19 years of age.
When you earn a Bid, you will be required to sign an Acceptance Form. Please review this document proir to attending the Bid Tournament. Pay attention to the penalty section if you first Accept a Bid and then later Decline the Bid.

This is a three day event. Friday, April 12 through Sunday, April 14.

The Ohio Valley Region Board of Directors voted to start charging admission to our multiday events at the GCCC. Cost is $10 per day per a vote by the Board on 1/16/2023. We are using HomeTown Ticketing which OHSAA also uses for many of their events. So, you may already have an account. You should purchase tickets in advance at:

Coaches, Club Directors, Officials get in free. Just use the appropriate check-in line to get your wristband.
This event is NOT first registered first Accepted. There is room for only 16 teams in each age. In the 17s division, the top 16 National teams and the top eight American teams registered in each age as of noon April 2nd will be Accepted. In the 16s-14s divisions, the top 24 National teams and the top eight American teams registered in each age as of noon April 2nd will be Accepted. All teams will be displayed as Pending in AES until April 2nd.
Doors to the playing halls open at 7 AM each day.
We are using each team's best four tournament results. The ranking number next to their team name is based on all of their results and so may not be accurate.
Once the seeding is completed, teams from the same club will be switched out of a pool to avoid playing another team from the same club in the first round of pools. This was the consensus of the National Club Directors.
All players must be age legal to participate.
Alcohol is NOT permited in the playing area.

This tournament is open to 17-14 year old National and American Division teams. The top two finishers in each age will receive the OVR Freedom Bids to the USAV Girls JNC in Las Vegas.
All players must be of age legal to participate. No Grade Waivered players.
Registration will close February 29th.
