*** Just a reminder that this tournament was moved from Maysville HS to Newark High School!!! Coaches and Club Directors, We are looking forward to hosting your team Sunday March 17th at Newark High School. Pools have been set. Club directors please touch base with your coaches to be sure they are coming. Head Coaches check in online, and make sure your roster is accurate. If changes need to be made, please do this prior to checking in or bring the changes to the coaches meeting. Also if coaches are lacking IMPACT, SafeSport or Concussion certifications, please complete this prior to checking in online. These must be completed prior to the tourney in order to be eligible to coach. WARM-UP BALLS: Each team is responsible to bring their own warm-up balls. SPECTATOR FEE: $5.00 paid at the door (19 years and older) Cash or Venmo. Please bring small bills. DOORS OPEN: 7:30 am COACHES MEETING: 8:00 am WARM UP: 8:15am PLAY STARTS: 8:30am CAMP SITES: ALL campsites will be in the designated area. CONCESSION STAND: NO outside food. Please inform your parents that no food or coolers will be permitted in the facility. Our concession stand has a variety of hot food choices, snacks, and drinks.
