Team rosters will be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the tournament. Please make sure your coach(es) are IMPACT certified.

There will be a coaches' meeting at 8:30 AM at the rear of court 1 which will take place prior to the start of pool play. Warm-ups begin at 8:45 am. The tournament pool play starts at 9:00 am sharp.

Pool Play:

Pool play is the best of three sets with rally scoring. Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point advantage(no scoring cap). The deciding set, if needed will be to 15 points with a minimum two-point advantage(no scoring cap). All warm-ups will use the 2-4-4 format; 2-minutes shared court, 4-minutes Serving Team, 4-minutes Serve Receiving team. Teams may request the referee to tell them when to serve, usually one minute.

Teams will officiate according to the above schedule for pool play.

Awards:

T Shirts will be awarded to the Champions and Runners up in the Gold tournament.

Tournament site info:

The doors of the playing site will open at 8:00 AM.   $5 entry fee for all spectators. Cash only.  Each team will be assigned a table as their camping area which is located outside the gyms across from the concessionstand.   Please keep all coolers in cars. Coolers are prohibited in and outside of facilities hosting OVR-sanctioned events. Setting up tables and/or cooking by teams or their support staff, fans, coaches, or parents is also prohibited at OVR-sanctioned events. A full concession stand with reasonable prices will be provided at the tournament site which will include Chicken and Noodles, Cheeseburgers, Hot Dogs, Taco in a Bag, Chicken Nuggets, Ham and Cheese Sandwiches, Mac and Cheese, Pretzels, Nachos, Fruit tray, Veggie tray, Baked goods along with the usual snack items and sweets; Drinks will include coffee, sweet tea, sports drinks, and Pepsi products. Tournament T Shirts will also be available for sale. Cash only for admission, concessions and t shirt sales.

Seating:

Bleacher seating is available in both gyms.   No chairs are permitted on gym floors.   Please see the tournament managers for handicapped seating.    Chairs are permitted in the commons area where team camps are located.
Other Facility Rules:

Some areas of the building are off limits, please adhere to signage in these areas.  No ball handling in the commons area.

Nearest accomodations to Adena High School would be in Washington CH west of Frankfort and Chillicothe east of Frankfort.
