*Admission:  $10 (19yr and older)  CASH ONLY
*One head coach and one assistant will be granted free entry per team.
*Camping area will be designated
*Teams are responsible for bringing their own balls and whistles.
*No outside chairs allowed- bleacher seating provided.
*No outside food or beverages permitted. Concessions will be provided. Herbalife will also be selling shakes, energizing teas, snacks, and other healthy options!

*Doors open at 7:00am.  Coaches meeting 7:30am.  First match will begin at 8am.
*Coaches- please remember to be on time for your work responsibilities and that you are making sure your team is ready and on task.

Pool Play: There are 3- three team pools
*Teams will play in one round of pool play, reseed, then play one more round of pool play before Playoffs.
1v3(2), 2v3(1), 1v2(3) REPOOL 1v3(2), 2v3(1), 1v2(3)
For two rounds of 3 team pools, the best of 3 sets will win matches. Each non-deciding set will be won by the team that first scores 25 points with a minimum 2-point advantage (no scoring cap). If there is a deciding set, it will be won by the team that first scores 15 points with a minimum 2-point advantage (no scoring cap). Change sides when a team earns 8 points. A point will be scored on each rally. If the receiving team wins the rally, they score a point and gain the serve.

Tournament Play:
All teams advance. All teams must be ranked within their pools based on match percentage first. For any ties, use the tie-breaking procedure below. All first-place and second place teams from the second round to the Gold playoffs (2 courts.) All third place teams from the second round to the Silver playoffs (1 court.) Playoff positions on the tournament brackets will be based on pool finish to avoid teams from the same pool playing each other in the first round.

Pool Play:  There are three- 4 team pools

Pool play is the best of three sets with rally scoring. Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point advantage (no scoring cap.) The deciding set, if needed, will be to 15 points with a minimum two point advantage (no scoring cap.) All warm-ups will use 2-4-4 format; 2 minutes shared court, 4- minutes Serving Team, 4- minutes Serve Receiving team. Teams may request the referee to tell them when to serve, usually one time. 

Bracket Play:
All first place and second place teams, plus 2 best third place teams to Gold playoffs. Remaining third place teams and all fourth place teams to Silver. The lowest seeded team in each division not playing the first round in the playoffs will officiate the first playoff match. Tournament play will be the best of three sets. After the first round of the playoffs, all losing teams, before leaving, must stay and officiate the next match. Playoff positions on the tournament brackets will be based on pool finish to avoid teams from the same pool playing each other in the first round. To avoid third-place teams playing a team from their pool for the first tournament match, a tournament director can choose to switch best thirdplace and second-best third-place teams on the tournament bracket if both teams consent to the change.

Cancellations:
If the tournament is canceled, club directors,coaches, and officials will be contacted (phone, email) as soon as possible. Tournament cancellations will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list, and entry fees will be returned ASAP.
