2024 AiR CiTY CHiX 11 Select, 4-COURT TOURNAMENT
held at BALES ARENA (1321 Research Park Dr.; Dayton, OH 45432)

Open to: 10 and 11 Regional and American teams

Entry Fee: $235

Registration Requirements: PLEASE NOTE: Registration for tournaments is different than in past years.  Teams are NOT entered until ALL registration steps are completed and payment is recieved.  If another team registers after you, but pays before you, the entry spot will go to the team that paid first.

The club director must build their teams in the OVR system before they can register for tournaments, follow these steps to build your teams:
1. Login as a Club Director.
2. Go to “Tournament Schedule” found under "Juniors"; "Tournament Schedule:Indoor"
3. Click on the "Tournament Details" link for the tournament you want to register for
4. On the "Tournament Details" page, each division is marked with the number of teams already registered in that division and the status of their registration.
5. At the top of the "Tournament Details" page, click on the button labeled, "Register Teams".
6. Click the box next to the team name for the team(s) you want to register in the tournament.
7. If there are multiple divisions in the tournament, please be sure to select the correct division.
8. Click on the "Register" button to submit your registration.

PLEASE NOTE: we NO LONGER have a PO box so please DO NOT MAIL payment to the address you had for us last year! And, please DO NOT MAIL PAYMENTS to BALES ARENA!!

Cancellation Policy: Any team/club cancelling AFTER JANUARY 15, 2024 will forfeit its entry fee unless a replacement team is found. If a team requests and receives entry into a CHiX tournament but does not pay its entry fee, the team's club will be fined the amount of the entry fee.

Doors Open: 7:30 am (EST)
Coaches' Meeting: 8:05 am (EST)
Tournament Start Time: 8:30 am (EST)

PARKING: Parking is available in the lot surrounding Bales Arena. PLEASE NOTE: if you park in the GRASS, your car will be towed!

Concessions: Available on-site. Outside food and/or coolers are not permitted in the building.

Spectator Seating: Bleacher seating is available on each court and limited floor space is available for outside chairs.

For this event, Courts #1 and #2 are located to your RIGHT as you enter the gym; Courts #3 and #4 are located to your LEFT when you enter the gym.

Playoffs: All teams advance. All first-place and second-place teams advance to Gold playoffs. All third-place and fourth-place teams advance to Silver playoffs. Playoff positions on the tournament brackets will be based on pool finish so teams from the same pool will not play one another in the first round.

Awards: Presented to Gold Playoff Bracket winner.

Weather Related Cancellations/Delays: If Greene County (in Ohio) issues a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be cancelled. If the tournament is cancelled, a notice will be displayed on the AiR CiTY CHiX website (www.aircitychicks.com). Club coaches/directors and assigned officials will be contacted by phone via the phone number we have on file. Entry fees will be returned within one week of the cancellation.
