Tournament Information
Tournament starts at 8:00 a.m.
Coaches Meeting at 7:30 a.m. on court 1
Doors open at 7:00 a.m.
There is a $5 cash only fee, for spectators.
Pool play is the best of three sets with rally scoring. Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point advantage (no scoring cap.) The deciding set, if needed, will be to 15 points with a minimum two point advantage (no scoring cap.)

Teams will officiate according the above schedule for pool play.
Teams 1-8 (1st and 2nd place in pool play and the best two 3rd place teams) go to the gold playoffs. Teams 9-12 (the remaining third place team and fourth place teams) go to the silver playoffs. The lowest seeded team in each division not playing the first round of the playoffs will officiate the first playoff match. Tournament play will be the best of three sets. After the first round of the playoffs, all losing teams, before leaving, must stay and officiate the next match.
Team camps are only allowed in the lounge area which is an open area with table and chairs right off of the main gym.
Keep all coolers in cars. Coolers are prohibited in and outside facilities hosting OVR-sanctioned events. Setting up tables and/or cooking by teams or their support staff, fans, coaches, or parents are prohibited at OVR-sanctioned events.
A concession will be provided at the tournament site. Please note this will be cash ONLY!
Seating for spectators will be provided in the gymnasium. NO chairs allowed!
Team/Tournament Cancellation: Per OVR regulations- a team canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team canceling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found. A team canceling from this tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee.
