submit to Tournament Director / Site Director when you arrive at the tournament.

at the tournament, if the Tournament Director feels that it is necessary.
Tournament Information
WELCOME TO GAHANNA SPORTS FACTORY! We look forward to having you at our tournament!
DOORS OPEN AT: 7:15 for PLAYERS/COACHES 7:30 for SPECTATORS
COACHES MEETING: 8:00am WARM UPS START: 8:15 FIRST MATCHES BEGINS 8:30am
There is a Designated Referee Lounge at the end of the hall on the righthandside.
Pool Play:
4 TEAM POOLS: Pool play is the best of three sets with rally scoring.
Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point advantage(no scoring cap). The deciding set, if needed will be to 15 points with a minimum two-point advantage(no scoring cap).
All warm-ups will use the 2-4-4 format; 2-minutes shared court, 4-minutes Serving Team, 4-minutes Serve Receiving team. Teams may request the referee to tell them when to serve, usually one minute.

Teams will officiate according to the above schedule for pool play.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED PER OVR AND FACILITY RULES
CONCESSIONS WILL BE PROVIDED: Fresh Fruit, Breakfast Muffins, Walking Tacos, All Beef Hotdogs, Shredded Chicken Sandwiches, Mac N Cheese, Nachos, Snacks Drinks, etc. *subject to change.
We have 5 rollaway bleachers for spectators spread around the gym, but feel free to bring in your own chairs. Chairs can be lined up around the gymnasium. There will be marked No Chair zones for safety, please adhere to All Signs.
Absolutely No ball handling by players/spectators/siblings on any other courts besides the teams playing on their designated Court for safety.
DESIGNATED CAMPING AREAS: Teams will be directed to designated camping areas. PLEASE talk with your athletes/teams regarding cleanliness of their respective areas.
ENTRY FEE: HIGHLY ENCOURAGE PAYING IN ADVANCE IF POSSIBLE. $8 per person. We will accept Venmo (@Rob-Leon) and Cash App ($GahannaSportsFactory) prior to arrivial just be prepared to show proof of payment at the door. We will also accept cash (*Please try and have small bills :)
RESTROOMS: There are 4 single unisex bathrooms available onsite FYI.
Please wipe your feet if bad weather persists on the many rugs spread out in the front lobby on your way in. Much appreciated!
