Tournament Information
In order to secure your spot in this tournament, your tournament entry fee must be received by December 1, 2023. OVVC reserves the right to remove your team from the tournament if payment is not received by December 1.
Tournament Info:
Admission fee - $5.00 (age 19+) CASH ONLY
Courts A & B will play in the Hummel Field House gymnasium.
Courts C,D,E will play in the TJ Recreation Center.
Doors open at 7:00 am each day. Coaches' meeting is at 8:00 am in the Hummel Field House gym on court 1. Play will begin at 8:30 AM.
Out of region teams need to submit their official roster at the coaches meeting. Teams cannot participate without their official roster and entry form. In region coaches must make any rosters changes and sign their OVR roster.
Bleacher Seating is provided in the Hummel Field House but not in the TJ Recreation Center. Parents may bring chairs and may sit on the outside perimeter of the courts. Camping is permitted on the track area of the recreation center, and on the walkway above the courts in the Hummel field house, so long as there is a clear pathway.
Outside food is not permitted into the facility. Personal coolers must be left in your vehicles. The Bethany College volleyball team will be hosting a concession stand with a variety of food options for participants and spectators. Cash only. There is not an ATM in the building, but there is one available on Saturdays only at Chambers general store.
Please park only in designated parking areas. Do not park along guardrails or gates or "create" parking spots. Buses will be coming in and out of the facility and will need to have clear access to get in and out. There are extra parking lots on the opposite side of main street with access to the recreation center from the green Bethany bridge.
This tournament will follow OVR tournament format based on either 12 or 8 teams with both a gold and silver bracket. T-shirts will be given to gold champions and runner up.
