We're looking forward to a great Presidents' Day weekend with you all in Cincinnati/Mason. 
 
PLAY SCHEDULE

Check back often as changes could occur. Keep an eye on your work assignments on Saturday and Sunday.  For most of you, Saturday pools will have your traditional work schedules.
 
For those competing in the 12N, 13R and 14N (Pool C and D) divisions on Saturday - make sure you follow AES work assignments.  There are some "Previous loser" work assignments to be aware of.  There are also some 5 team pools that will be played over two courts.  If you belong in one of these pools, your team will have only ONE work assignment Saturday (yay!), but it will be a challenge as you'll be working on two side-by-side courts at the same time.  I realize it's a challenge - do your best - employ the help of a couple parents to fill in as needed as score flippers / line judges / etc.  The officials will be aware and understanding.
 
ROSTERS
Club directors: Please make sure that EITHER your OVR or AES roster is up to date and accurate by Wednesday,  February 15th at 9:00pm. OVR teams - you do NOT need to have accurate roster information in both systems. Out of region teams - If you have grade level athletes on your team that AES doesn't allow you to add to rosters, email DBensonvb@gmail.com with their Name/Team/Jersey # and we will add them for you.
 
SPECTATOR ADMISSION
Spectator Admission must be purchased online in advance of the event.  There is no on-site cash ticket sales at any facility.  Buying a single admission will permit you entry at ALL THREE facilities (Duke Energy Center, Sports Plus and Sports Express) for the duration of the weekend.  Below is a link to secure your tickets.

TEAM CHECK-IN
Team check-in will be completed electronically for this event through AES.  Team Check-In will open on Tuesday evening.
 
FACILITY POLICIES
Exterior doors to each facility will open at 7:00AM both Saturday and Sunday for those competing in 8AM matches.
 
Duke Energy - Seating is not provided, bring chairs!
Sports Plus - Seating is not always provided, bring chairs!
Sports Express - Seating is provided.  Outside chairs are NOT permitted
