Thank you for entering our Parkway HS tournaments for the 2024 club season!

Tournament Start Time: 8:30 AM, doors open on an automatic timer at 7:30 AM and will not be opened any sooner

Coaches: We will hold our coaches meeting by the concession stand at 8:00 AM. Upon arrival, we will have printed roster sheets for you to sign and make changes if needed. Please make sure this is done ASAP as we use that to track team arrivals or if we have any teams running late.

Court Layout: Courts 1-3 are in the HS gym, Court 4 is in the JH gym. For a typical 4 court, 16 team tournament we will run the gold tournament on courts 1 and 2, silver on court 3, bronze on court 4.

Pool Play Schedule: We will follow the typical OVR schedule:

• 1-3 (2 Refs)
• 2-4 (1 Refs)
• 1-4 (3 Refs)
• 2-3 (1 Refs)
• 3-4 (2 Refs)
• 1-2 (4 Refs)

Seating: Absolutely NO lawn chairs are allowed in our facility due to scratching of wood floors. We will have bleacher seating on courts 1, 3, and 4 as well as provided chairs on courts 1, 2, and 3. 

Awards: T shirts will be handed out to champions and runners-up of gold for a 12 or 16 team tournament, just to the champions for an 8 team tournament.

Concessions: Parkway will have a full concession stand throughout the day, please no outside food or drink.

Camping: All camping needs to be in the HS Commons area to ease clean up at the end of the day. Please do not let your teams camp on the tables that are set up, we use this area for parents/players to eat during the day. Please make sure your athletes have no ball handling outside the gyms as we don't want any accidents with glass or lighting fixtures.
