OVR Registration

Registration changes for the 2009-2010 season
USA Volleyball requires legal names for for all members. Nicknames are not permitted.
All juniors' club staff (directors, assistant directors, head coaches, assistant coaches, and administrators) must now submit the USA Volleyball Juniors' Club Personnel Code of Ethics. (This replaces previous years' Juniors' Coaches' Code of Ethics, which was required only for coaches.)
Members' registrations must be complete before they can participate in OVR-sanctioned activity. If players show up who are not fully registered, the tournament director must collect their registration forms and fees. A fee of $5 per member may be assessed for this transaction.
Before registering:

Payments are to be mailed immediately after supplying your information.
Registrations are not complete until fees and forms are received and recorded.
Correct addresses must be provided for all members.
Rule books and the USA Volleyball magazine cannot reach you and the members you
represent if the addresses you provide are incomplete or incorrect.
Register members of your club or team only after you have firm commitments.
(Juniors' club directors: the Athletes' Bill of Rights protects you from players "changing their minds" after committing.)
We transmit membership data to USA Volleyball as soon as possible to begin members' benefits.
Once a member's data is transmitted, it is impossible to revoke that member's memberhip.
Do not ask for a refund for any membership.
