Registration
Ohio Valley Region – USA Volleyball memberships begin on September 1 and expire on August 31. All returning professional officials must renew their memberships by the end of October.
All individuals registering with the Ohio Valley Region, Inc. of USA Volleyball who will interact with juniors in any sanctioned activity, including officials, must consent to background screening. Complete details are available at www.ovr.org/background/overview.php.
Returning Professional Officials
To ease renewal and increase flexibility, we segmented registration for returning professional officials into the following three phases. If you're currently signed in, your status for each will be shown.
Renew your registration Sign in and select "Professional Official" as the registration type. Professional officials must renew their registration by November 30.
Sign up for a professional officials' clinic We recommend signing up for a clinic immediately after you renew your registration, but you can also return at any time to revise your clinic choice.
Update your officiating profile We recommend updating your profile immediately after signing up for your clinic (following registration), but as with clinic signup, you can also return at any time to revise your profile.

Professional Officials' Clinics
Attendance at an OVR Professional Officials' Clinic is required of all existing and all new OVR professional referees. Failure to attend a clinic will result in removal from the list of certified officials. Clinics are $10 for returning officials who pre-register for clinic attendance online and $15 for walk-ins. The clinic fee is $25 for new officials. All clinic fees are payable upon arrival. Both returning and prospective professional officials should sign up online for a clinic.
Our Officials' Clinics Page also contains information on camps and clinics to enhance your USAV officiating experience.
