If you need to add a player or coach temporarily for this tournament,
print out the Roster for Tournament Check-In and write the additions and
submit to Tournament Director / Site Director when you arrive at the tournament.

at the tournament, if the Tournament Director feels that it is necessary.

Elite's Facility is pretty tight, This is not an site that I would invite Grandma and Grandpa to.
Please bring your own chairs and no outside food
Camping sites
all teams on court 1 and 2 will camp out in Elite Office space up front
all team on court 3 and 4 will camp out in the weight room are
Please clean up your trash and camping area when you are done with the event. If you area is not cleaned up you will be fined $100.00 if my staff has to clean up after you.
This event will be run with normal OVR Guidelines
pool play followed by Single elimination bracket play.
