Below are the Columbus Convention Center site rules and regulations. Violations of the rules and regulations will result in disqualification and elimination from the event of the offending teams and/or individuals, including parents.

1. Players are allowed to bring water bottles and snacks in their gym bag.
2. No passing volleyballs in hallways or concessions areas. Warm-up time will be provided on the court before the match.
3. No smoking in gym areas or hallways.
4. There are no shower facilities.
5. Put all trash in containers provided by the Convention Center staff.

Spectators must bring their own chairs.  No spectator entry fee.

Doors open at 7:30 am in Hall D only.  Doors open in Hall C at 11:30 am.

No alcohol in the playing areas

 

The 11 Regional divisions of Gold/Silver, Bronze/Copper, and Nickel/Platinum will start play at 8:30 AM in Hall D.
Teams should complete play around 7:00 PM.

The 11 Regional divisions of Aluminum/Chromium/Plutonium/Titanium, Mercury/Kryptonite/Lead/Zinc and Tin/Tungsten/Magnesium/Calcium will start play at Noon in Hall C. 
Play will end around 9 PM

This may affect the need for some teams/clubs to secure hotels or just drive in the morning of the events.
Some teams may want to change to a Saturday night stay. 

The cutoff date for the ranking of the teams of the event will be April 11. The highest ranked 48 teams as of April 11th will be ‘hard coded’ to appear in the 8:30 divisions. The lower 48 teams will be listed in the Noon divisions. Teams will continue to accrue seeding points until the week of competition. Teams will still be able to move up and down within their division.
