Entry fees need to be mailed by January 15, 2022.  

Doors Open at 7:30 AM

Coaches/Officials meeting at 8:00 AM

Tournament Starts at 8:30 AM

Admission fee:  $5.00 for all adult spectators.

Concessions:  Available on-site.  Outside food and/or coolers are not permitted in the facility.

Playoffs:  All teams advance.  All first place and second place teams advance to Gold playoffs.  All third place teams advance to Silver and fourth place teams will advance to Bronze.  Awards will be presented to the first and second place finishers in Gold.

Weather Related Cancellations/Delays:  If Montgomery County (Ohio) issue a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be cancelled.  If the tournament is cancelled, a notice will be displayed on the MVP website.  Club coaches/directors and assigned officials will be contacted by phone and/or email.  Entry fees will be returned within a week of the cancellation.
