Directions

• From North or Northwest Ohio:

  Take I-75 south to US RT 33 west to Rockford or take US RT 127 south to US RT 33 west to Rockford.

• From East or Central Ohio:

  Take US RT 33 west to Rockford.

• From Southern Ohio:

  Take either I-75 to US RT 33 west to Rockford or US RT 127 north to US RT 33 west to Rockford.

Tournament Information

General Tournament Information:

Doors will open at 7:30, the only entry will be door #1 at the HS entrance. Coaches meeting will be at 8:00 AM near concession stand, tournament start time is 8:30. Please make sure you sign your roster upon entry.

Admission will be $5 for all adults 19+. You must have a paid entry and stamped to be able to reenter facility.

Typical 4 court, 16 team tournament OVR format. Pools A-C will be in the HS gym, Pool D will be in the JH gym which is down the hallway. Gold tournament will be on courts 1 and 2, silver tournament on court 3, bronze tournament on court 4.

No outside chairs are allowed in any gym in the facility. We will have bleacher seating on courts 1, 3 and 4 and then provide chairs for court 2. All chairs need to stay on the provided mats on these courts. Our bleacher seating/chair seating will be limited on courts 1-3, if your team is not playing please be courteous to those families that want to watch their kids playing and sit in the commons area until your team plays. We will have plenty of tables available to sit at while your team is off.

We will have a full concession stand by the HS gym, outside food and coolers are not allowed. 

Camping is restricted to the HS Commons area only. Please no ball handling in the hallways or commons areas.

Tournament will run unless Mercer County is under a level 3 weather advisory. In the event that weather is a concern, emails will be sent to teams.
