Acceptance
Teams will be fully accepted once paid. Payment needs postmarked no later than 1/15/2021. Entries will no longer be saved after 1/15 if payment hasn't been received.

Format
We will have 16 teams across 5 courts. The match schedule will be posted the week of the tournament. Play will begin in the afternoon around 12pm, and end around 8pm - min 4 matches played. 

Notes
- No outside food or drink is permitted to be brought into the Fieldhouse, concessions and the mall food court are available.
- Admission is $5 for ages 3+, parking is Free - Seating will be provided at each court
- The Fieldhouse will follow the Delaware County Health Department CV19 policies, which will be sent to coaches along with the pool assignments. Currently, we are allowed 13 spectators per team regardless of age.
- Ticket codes and pool/schedule information will be sent via email by Wednesday 4/7.
