  • Each team is allowed 1 Head Coach, 1 Assistant Coach, and 1 additional Team Personal.
  • SPECTATOR LIMIT: 2 PER PLAYER (Must be over 18 years old),  $5.00 Entry Fee, Coaches must email spectator list to me at mahoningvalleypremiervbc@gmail.com NO LATER than THURSDAY EVENING. Failing to turn in a spectator list will result in your club having NO spectators for ENTIRE event.
  • Please do not park directly in front of the building as those spaces are reserved for Southwoods.
  • Everyone entering the building must complete a temerature check at the door.
  • Coaches will check roster and sign at the left table when entering the tournament.
  • Seating will be provided: NO outside chairs will be permitted into the building.
  • All Spectators must be seated outside of the indoor track.
  • 1 backpack and blanket are permitted per athlete.
  • Parents are permitted 1 small personal item.
  • When your athlete's team is not playing you must exit the gymnasium.
  • Athletes camping area will be in the corners of the gym.
  • The Bistro will accept both cash and credit cards!
  • Tournament shirts will be available for sale: CASH OR CHECK!

Thank you for attending and your support.  The tournament will be held at the Brand New CLWCC, which has 4 full courts in one qym, workout facility, and Red Devil Bistro that will be open for dining. DOORS OPEN AT 8:15AM, COACHES MEETING AT 8:40AM TOURNAMENT STARTS AFTER THAT Bleacher seating is available. Thank you for your interest in our tournaments. Team rosters will be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the tournament. Please make sure your coach is IMPACT certified.

A coaches meeting at 8:40AM on Court C prior to the start of the tournament. The tournament starts at 9:00AM sharp. Pool play is the best of three sets with rally scoring. Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point advantage (no scoring cap.) The deciding set, if needed, will be to 15 points with a minimum two point advantage (no scoring cap.) All warm-ups will use 2-4-4 format; 2 minutes shared court, 4- minutes Serving Team, 4- minutes Serve Receiving team. Teams may request the referee to tell them when to serve, usually one time. 16 team format - All first place and second place teams to Gold playoffs. All third place teams to Silver. All fourth place teams to Bronze.

Tournament play will be the best of three sets. After the first round of the playoffs, all losing teams, before leaving, must stay and officiate the next match. T-Shirts to gold tournament champions and gold runners-up. Please note, the doors of the playing site will not be unlocked until 8:15AM. Team camps are only permitted in the commons area as designated by the tournament director. The tournament director will do his best to direct teams to camping areas. The use of any ball outside of the gymnasium is not permitted while inside the building. Keep all coolers in cars. Coolers are prohibited in and outside facilities hosting OVR- sanctioned events. Setting up tables and/or cooking by teams or their support staff, fans, coaches, or parents are prohibited at OVR- sanctioned events. A concession will be provided at the tournament site via the Red Devil Bistro. Please NO FOOD or DRINK PERMITTED IN THE GYMS. Water or sports drinks only for players. Seating for spectators will provided in the gymnasium. If the tournament is cancelled, club directors are/or coaches and officials will be contacted (phone, email) as soon as possible. Tournament cancellations will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list. Entry fees will be returned within 3 days of the cancellation.
