Masks are required for all spectators ages 2 and above. Each team is allowed 2 spectators per rostered athlete, this does not include coaches or other staff. We will be using EventBrite to sell and monitor tickets per team.Receipt of ticket purchase will need to be show upon entry.

Participants and Spectators: If you are feeling ill or experiencing any symptoms please stay home. Evaluate for symptoms including: Fever, Chills, Cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, congestion, runny nose, vomiting, and/or diarrhea.

Doors will be opened at 7:30am for players and staff. Teams and affiliated coaches and staff will enter facility first. Please make an effort to enter as a team/group. Once all athletes and staff have been checked in spectators for the first matches will be allowed to enter around 8:00am. Temperatures will be taken upon entry for all athletes and spectators.

COVID Coordinators are required to provide a list of all present spectators to the tournament director. This can be turned into the tournament director at the coaches meeting at 8:00am

Spectators can only be in the facility when their athlete/team is participating in a match. This allows for more spectators per team to be present. Bleachers provided , limited space for chairs; chairs must be removed after every match. For each court of play there is a court designated for spectators and space for team camps. Socially distanced spacing is encouraged as much as possible. Spectators must remain on designated court during play and all athletes must remain at camps when not participating in a match.

Concessions will be provided but limited to beverages and hand held snacks, protein bars, and goodies. Small personal lunch boxes are permitted for athletes. Variety of local food minutes away from the facility. Any outside food ( fast-food, restaurant carryout ,etc.) must be eaten outside of facility per safety protocol.

We will allow teams and spectators to enter/exit through two doors to cut down on traffic congestion. Once pools are set more specific information on what organization will enter thorugh which door. This information will be published no later than Thursday morning!

 

** Pools for tournament have been updated. Teams and spectators for Pool 2 will park in the back of the building/facility and enter and exit through the back doors. Their will be signs to assist with finding your way! Spectators for teams listed as 1 and 3 will be allowed in at 8:00am. All teams coaches or staff  will be permitted to begin entering  at 7:30am. There will be designated camp space for each team. And areas designated for spectators.**

 

No exchange of sides during a match. Use of both sides of court will be required by each team throughout all matches. Example: If Evolution plays on side A for match 1, match 2 of the day they will play on side B.
