Tournament Information

Tournament Information: Entry fee is $200 per team. Please write your entry fee check payable to: Bethany College Volleyball And mail to: Rosemary Willams 7064 Clubview Drive Bridgeville, PA 15017 Checks should be mailed by January 15, 2019. Non-OVR teams need to submit the following entry form with their entry fee check: http://www.ovr.org/forms/OVR_Tournament_Entry_Form.pdf Doors open at 7:30 am each day. Coaches' meeting is at 8:30 am in the Hummel Field House gym, and play begins @ 9:00 AM. Seating is provided in the Hummel Field House but not in the TJ Recreation Center. Outside food is not allowed into the facility. The Bethany College volleyball team will hosting a concession stand for participants and spectators. Personal coolers must be left in your vehicles. If severe weather is expected, please watch this space for updates. Match order: [team in () refs] Match 1 1 vs. 3 (2) Match 2 2 vs. 4 (1) Match 3 1 vs. 4 (3) Match 4 2 vs. 3 (1) Match 5 3 vs. 4 (2) Match 6 1 vs. 2 (4) Tournament format for 8 team tournament: All teams advance. All first-place and second-place teams to the Gold playoffs. All third-place and fourth-place teams to the Silver playoffs. Tournament format for 12 team tournament: All teams advance. All first-place, second-place, and the top two third place teams to the Gold playoffs. The remaining third-place and all fourth-place teams to the Silver playoffs. T-Shirts will be given out to first and second place gold.
