Welcome to another great year of Tribe VBC Volleyball Tournaments.

All checks should be postmarked no later than January 15, 2019 and should include each teams FJ Code and a team contact.

Doors will open at 7:30 AM

Coaches Meeting will be at 8:00 AM on the main floor

Play begins promptly at 8:30 AM

Just a few guidelines to go over with your teams.

1) Absolutely no outside food or drink is allowed. All violators will be asked to leave and the club will be reported. A concession stand with healthy options will be available all day.

2) You will need your own volleyballs for warm-ups.

3) Camping can take place in the mini-gym (off the main gym) and in behind the main gym seating. Absolutely no camping under the brackets.

4) There is bleacher seating in both gyms so no chairs are needed. If you have someone that needs special seating, please let us know and we will place one where is it is fire code permissible.

5) No camping is to take place in any hallways, upstairs or down.

Awards: All winners and runners-up in the Gold Bracket, will receive medals.

Inclement Weather: In the event on inclement weather, we will follow OVR’s cancellation guidelines and coaches and directors will be notified via email and phone call.
