GYM: Girard High School, 1244 Shannon Road, Girard, OH 44420 Doors open at 7:00 AM, Coaches meeting at 7:35 AM, Play begins at 8:00 AM. This is a 3 net, 12 team tournament. Last 4 teams after pool play advance to Silver playoffs. 1st place receives medals. Officials are responsible for collecting game balls at the end of playoff matches. Officials eat free at concession stands. Concessions will be available with both hot & cold foods. It opens at 8 AM and closes at 4 PM. Outside food is permitted. All food must be kept in the cafeteria and only players drinks are permitted in the gyms. No coolers in school per OVR rule. All camping must be in the cafeteria unless otherwise posted. Bleaches seating for all 3 courts. Chairs are not needed nor are they permitted. Rule 4.6 Team Cancellation A team canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team canceling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if a paid team entry replacement is found. Phone or other expenses incurred to find a replacement may be deducted from the entry fee refund. A team canceling from one tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee. If a team requests and receives entry into a tournament but does not pay its entry fee, the teams’ club will be fined the amount of the entry fee.
