Directions

From I70 East or West to SR 79 North. Turn Right on Dorsey Mill (Bob Evans) turn left onto 30th street and take the first right onto Licking View Drive. Then you must actually turn right on to Licking View Drive again. The high school is on the left behind the middle school. From SR 16 East or West. Take the SR79 South Ramp off of 16. Turn Left at Hopewell Dr (Mathew's Ford and Wendys) go about 1 mile past AEP turn right onto Licking View Dr. (go a mile and a half) The high school is on the right BEHIND the middle school.

Tournament Information

Tournament entry fee is due January 15, 2019. Please include the 11-character team code with your entry fee. I will enter your team code once payment is received. Mail Checks to: Sharon Adams 839 Elm Court Heath, Ohio 43056 Please do not mail checks to the school. Team rosters will be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the tournament. Per OVR rules, please make sure your coach is IMPACT certified and all players registered. Please note, the doors of the playing site will open at 7:30 AM. All team camps will be in the cafeteria of the school. There will be a coaches' meeting at 8:00 AM at the playing site which will take place prior to the start of pool play. The tournament pool play starts at 8:30 AM sharp. At the schools request, there will be no chairs permitted, but bleacher seating is available. Pool pay is the best of three sets with rally scoring. Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point advantage(no scoring cap). The deciding set, if needed will be to 15 points with a minimum two point advantage(no scoring cap). Awards will be presented to Gold bracket first place and second place teams. Match Order: [Team in()refs] Match 1 1 vs 3 (2) Match 2 2 vs 4 (1) Match 3 1 vs 4 (3) Match 4 2 vs 3 (1) Match 5 3 vs 4 (2) Match 6 1 vs 2 (4) Teams will officiate according to the above schedule for pool play. After the first round of the playoffs, all losing teams, before leaving, must stay and officiate the next match. A full concession stand with very healthy choices and reasonable prices will be provided at the tournament site. Proceeds from the concession stand will support the Brookelyn Bebout Memorial Scholarship Fund and the Heath Volleyball program. Keep all coolers in cars. Coolers are prohibited in and outside facilities hosting OVR-sanctioned events. Setting up tables and/or cooking by teams or their support staff, fans, coaches, or parents are prohibited at OVR-sanctioned events. Team/Tournament cancellation: Per OVR Tournament Regulations, Section 4.6 - a team canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team canceling does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found. A team canceling from this tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee. If Licking County is under a level 3 Snow Emergency, the tournament will be cancelled. Coaches will receive an e-mail at the time of cancellation.
