Doors open at 7:30AM.
Coaches' meeting at 8:00 AM
Tournament starts at 8:30 AM Sharp
Please note, the doors of the playing site will not be unlocked
until 7:30 AM

Team camps will be permitted in the assigned rooms.  No teams
will
be
allowed to camp outside of these designated areas.  No ball
handling outside of the gym.

Keep all coolers in cars. Coolers (including soft sided) are
prohibited inside facilities hosting
OVR-sanctioned events. Setting up tables and/or cooking by teams
or their support staff, fans, coaches, or parents are prohibited
at OVR sanctioned events.
A full concession with reasonable prices will be provided at the
tournament site.  No outside food from restaurants is allowed
inside of the facility.  Outside drinks are permitted.  No food
is
allowed in the gym and only drinks with secured lids are
permitted.

No smoking or vaping allowed on Eastside Athletics property.

All seating for spectators will be provided and outside chairs
will not be permitted.  Please cooperate with other parent
groups.
If you will rotate so that the teams on the court are sitting
next
to the court, the day will be so much more enjoyable for everyone
involved.
If you have someone that needs special consideration for medical
reasons please let an employee know and we will accommodate you.


Cancellation Policy - In the event that Fairfield County is in a
Level 3 emergency, the tournament will be cancelled.
