• From Columbus: US-23 South to US-35/US-50 East, merge onto US-50 East, go approximately 5, miles turn right onto Lancaster Road.
• From Cincinnati: I-71 North to OH-435/US-35 (EXIT 65) to US-35 East, merge onto US-50 East, go approximately 5, miles turn right onto Lancaster Road.

Teams may enter tournaments at Southeastern High School by sending
an
entry fee ($200), team 11 digit ID#, and team contact name and
address by February 1, 2018.

Thank you for your interest in our tournaments.  Team rosters
will be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the
tournament.  Please make sure your coach is IMPACT,Safesport and
Concussion certified. Coaches who do not have have completed
certifications will not be allowed to coach per OVR Rules.

Doors open at 8:00 a.m. A coaches' meeting at 8:30 AM on court 1.
Play begins at 9:00 a.m.
Pool pay is the best of three sets with rally scoring.  Each
non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point
advantage(no scoring
cap). 
The deciding set, if needed will be to 15 points with a minimum
two point advantage(no scoring cap).  All warm-ups will use the
2-4-4 format; 2-minutes shared court, 4-minutes Serving Team,
4-minutes Serve Receiving team.  Teams may request the referee to
tell them when to serve, usually one minute remaining.

Medals will be awarded for Gold Winners and Gold Runners Up.

Teams will officiate according to the above schedule for pool
play.

1st and 2nd place teams and the 2 best 3rd place teams in pool
play will advance to the gold tournament.
The remaining 3rd place team and 4th place teams will play in the
silver tournament.

Doors to the playing site will not be unlocked until 8:00 a.m.
There will be a designated area for team camps. 

Coolers and food: Coolers (including soft sided) are prohibited in
and outside facilities hosting
OVR-sanctioned events. Setting up tables and/or cooking by teams
or their support staff, fans, coaches, or parents are prohibited
at OVR-sanctioned events. 

A full concession with reasonable prices and many choices will be
provided at the tournament site.

Bleacher seating is available in both gyms.Chairs are not
permitted on the gym floors.

Tournament checks will be deposited upon arrival to Spiketown
treasurer.

Team/Tournament cancellation:  Per OVR regulations- a team
canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the
tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee.  A team canceling
does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found.  A
team canceling from this tournament
to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee.

If Ross County is under a level 3 Emergency, the tournament
will be cancelled.  For any reason the tournament is cancelled, a
notice will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list,  Club
directors and/or coaches, officials will be contacted (phone,
email or text) and it will be posted on the local radio station
WKKJ, as soon as possible.  Entry fees will be returned within 3
days of the cancellation.
