PAYMENT
The cost of the tournament is $200.00.
Checks should be made payable to:

Checks Should be received before January 15, 2018 and must include team code (FJ- number) and best contact information.

Doors will open at 7:00 am
Coaches Meeting will be at 8:00
Play begins promptly at 8:30

GENERAL GUIDELINES
- This is an 8 team tournament and we will be following the standard USAV Format:

- No Outside food.  We have a great concession stand with very reasonably priced food and drinks.
- You may bring folding chairs for floor seating and there are bleachers on the balcony level.
- Team camps are on the balcony level only.
- Hallways and stairways must remain open.  No sitting in hallways or on the stairs.
- There is plenty of parking at this facility. Please do not park in spaces identified for National Guard Staff.

AWARDS
We award medals for 1st Place Gold only.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
- We will make every possible effort to hold this tournament.  No refunds will be granted unless the event is cancelled by the Tournament Director.
- In case of inclement weather we will follow the OVR's cancellation guidelines. We will note cancellations on both the OVR and Mountain RAGE Website (www.mountainrage.com).
