Doors open 7:00 AM 
A coaches´ meeting at 7:30 AM on court 1 
The tournament starts after COACHES MEETING 
Pool play is the best of three sets with rally scoring.
Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum
two-point advantage (no scoring cap.) 
The deciding set, if needed, will be to 15 points with a minimum
two point advantage (no scoring cap.)  
Prior to each team’s first match of the day, 
Match 4 2 vs. 3 (1)
Match 5 3 vs. 4 (2)
Match 6 1 vs. 2 (4)
Teams will officiate according to the above schedule for pool
play.

The lowest seeded team in each division not playing the first
round of the playoffs will officiate the first playoff match.
Tournament play will be the best of three sets.
After the first round of the playoffs, all losing teams, before
leaving, must stay and officiate the next match.

A healthy food concession stand will be available at the
tournament site.
A clothing table also to buy whistles and volleyball clothes.
At a very reasonable prices
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING. (OVR rule
sanctioned events) 
ALL COOLERS (BIG OR SMALL) HAS TO STAY IN THE CAR. 
Coolers found outside the building, will be tossed in the trash
bin  

Tournament checks will be deposited January 15, 2017 or according
to OVR tournament guidelines. Thanks.


Team/Tournament Cancellation: Per OVR regulations-
A team canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the
tournament date,
will forfeit its entry fee. 
A team canceling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its
full entry fee if a replacement is found. 
A team canceling from this tournament to enter a different
tournament will forfeit its entry fee.

If for any reason the tournament is cancelled, a notice will be
displayed on the OVR Junior Tournament list. 
Club directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted
(phone, email) as soon as possible. 
Entry fees will be returned within 3 days of the cancellation.
