A little information about our facility. Our facility is in the NW corer of the HGR building. We will email all coaches a map with detailed instructions. Parking should not be an issue as we have a huge parking lot. If you have been to our facility in the past under its former name, we are under new ownership and have made several improvements.  
We have some bleacher seating but you are able to bring your own chair. No Chairs are allowed on playing surface or behind courts.  There will be plenty of space for camping as well. 
No outside food is permitted in any facility that is hosting a sanctioned OVR event. All coolers must remain in cars. This is an OVR rule, please make sure your parents and players understand the rule so we do not have any issues. We will have a full concession stand with very reasonable prices. 

Cancellation policy- Teams will be notified via email regarding any changes in the tournament. If weather issues require tournament cancellation, Teams will be notified no later than 24 hours prior to tournament

Coaches meeting time - 7:30am (doors to event open at 7:00)
Starting time- 8:00am

Details of pool play-  For pools of 4 teams, the best of 3 sets will win matches. Each non-deciding set will be won by the team that first scores 25 points with a minimum 2-point advantage (no scoring cap). If there is a deciding set, it will be won by the team that first scores 15 points with a minimum 2-point advantage (no scoring cap).

Playoff procedures-All teams advance to play offs. All teams must be ranked within their pools based on match percentage first.

Officiating procedures- When a team is assigned to officiate, they required to supply the following: one second referee, two line judges, one scorer, one assistant scorer/Libero tracker, and one scoreboard operator. Coaches are required to sit at the table with their teams. No cell phones may be out at the time of officiating matches.
