This is a 12 team tournament and we will be following the standard USAV Format:

Doors will open at 7:30 am 
Coaches Meeting will be at 8:05 
Play begins promptly at 8:30

Some helpful guidelines for your teams/coaches:  

1)      Reminderville Athletic Club (RAC) is a one-year old, beautiful, hard-wood floor facility.  
Chairs should be brought in, as no bleacher seating is provided.  ALL chairs must be placed on 
matting placed throughout the gym.

2)      Please park in front or on the side of the RAC and leave ample parking spaces open for the 
other businesses that are located in the Reminderville Plaza (Drug Mart and El Chile Bravo).

3)      Camping for team will be in the gym, marked and behind parent seating.

4)	No coolers or outside food purchases are permitted inside the facility.  A concession stand 
is provided and there is a great, Mexican restaurant next door!

5)      The RAC is a member-based facility that is only open to paid members.  In order for the 
walking track, pool/splash pad, and 24/7 weight room to be utilized, you must be a current member 
or purchase a day-pass.  Information will be provided at the door.

T-Shirts awarded to Gold Bracket winners.

In case of inclement weather we will follow the OVR's cancellation guidelines. We will note cancellations 
on both the OVR and @ www.dgvolleyball.company.
