Start Time:  8:30 am
Coaches Meeting:  8:00 am
Doors Open:  7:40 am

Play on Sunday will also start at 8:30 with doors at 7:40am

-Upon entering the building, please head upstairs, where you will
find two rows of yellow chairs for all the athletes to put their
bags. 

-No Outside Chairs....we have 1200 seats for you:)

-A full service concession stand will be available- NO OUTSIDE
FOOD IS PERMITTED!

-Tourney will be ran accordingly to OVR procedures and ran
efficiently. 

-Please be kind, and clean up after yourself, we try to keep as
clean as facility as possible.

Cancellation
If tournament is cancelled due to weather, the club director will
be notified as soon as possible.  If you have to remove your
team,
and a replacement team cannot be found, no refund will be paid.
