Doors open at 7:15 AM, with pool play starting at 8:00 AM .
Coach’s meeting starts at 7:40 on Court 1.

Awards will be given to 1st place in Gold. 
 
Coolers are not permitted inside or outside the doors of the center. A concession stand offering a variety of food will be available.  NO OUTSIDE FOOD PERMITTED. All meals purchased must be eaten in the concession stand dining area. Bleacher seating is available at the ends of each court, and chairs may be placed in designated areas for viewing.  No chairs may be placed on areas designated as no-seating areas.  Teams leaving a camp area littered or failing to perform their officiating duties will be reported to the OVR for possible sanctions.
 
Cancellations due to weather will follow OVR guidelines, and will be posted by 7:30 PM the night prior to this tournament.  Teams canceling from playing in this tournament will be subject to the guidelines under 4.6 of the OVR tournament procedures handbook.
 
If teams need overnight accommodations, please contact Hawthorn Suites in Seville. They offer guests of Tandem Volleyball any room style for $74 plus tax per night. You can call 330-769-5025 to reserve your room(s.) The hotel is located at 5025 Park Ave, Seville, OH 44273, just minutes from the Cloverleaf Rec Center.
