THE TOURNAMENT SITE HAS CHANGED TO WADSWORTH MIDDLE SCHOOL
150 SILVERCREEK ROAD
WADSWORTH, OHIO 44281

Upon arrival at the tournament site, please park in the large
parking lot located to the west and back of the Middle
School.  This parking lot is between the Middle School and High
School.  To enter the Middle School, please enter
through doors 9 or 11 on the west side of the building.  THE
CAFETERIA IS CLOSED AND OFF LIMITS TO TOURNAMENT
PARTICIPANTS!  There are rest rooms located near the gymnasiums.

There will be NO CONCESSION STAND AT THIS EVENT.  Therefore,
outside food CAN be brought into the facility in players'
gym bags or other containers that are NOT COOLERS!  There WILL be
assigned camping areas for the teams in the auxiliary gymnasium. 
Since we are allowing outside food into the tournament, we will be
VERY diligent about teams cleaning up their camping areas.

On the day of the event, the doors will open to our facility for
guests at 7:30 am.  Coaches will meet on the
floor at 8:00 am for roster verification and facility specific
procedures for our events.  First serve will be
at 8:30 am.

Tournament format will follow the OVR Standard Format for a
3-Court/12 Team Tournament, which is as follows:

2 vs. 3 (1)
3 vs. 4 (2)
1 vs. 2 (4)

The top two teams in each pool plus the two third place teams with
the best record will advance to the 8-Team
Gold Division playoff bracket.  The remaining third place team and
the three fourth place teams will advance
to the 4-Team Silver Division playoff bracket.  Prizes will go to
the winner of the Gold division.

If Medina County is declared to be under a level 3 weather
emergency the day of the event, the tournament will
be cancelled and refunds given to teams.
