We are minutes from the OH Turnpike and RT 90
Doors open at 7:30 AM, with pool play starting at 8:30 AM.
Coach’s meeting 8:00 am on Court #3
State of Ohio law requires all coaches and
Administrators of juniors sports teams to have concussion certifications. 
Non-OVR teams need to submit a tournament Entry form with their entry fee checks.
Awards will be given to 1st and 2nd place teams in Gold for a 4 net tournaments
No Outside Food allowed in our building
We have the best concession stand in all of OVR, bar none
Players ONLY may bring  their small snack and their water bottle
A subway sandwich is NOT a snack!
Coolers are not permitted inside or outside our building (OVR RULE)
No setting up tables inside or outside our building (OVR rule)
No grilling/tailgating inside or outside our building (OVR rule)
No Team treats or dishes to share
Our concession stand offers healthy and fun food
This season we have contracted LOCO Pizza & Subs
Subs (Chicken/Roast Beef/Turkey/Salad)
Pizza arrives at 11:00 am
We also offer Gluten Free Pizza!
Hot dogs, Nachos and cheese, etc
Homemade,  Sloppy Joe/ Pasta salad/ Guacamole & chips/ Hummus & chips
+VERY HEALTHY 6 BEAN SALAD-  
(6/7 BEANS, CILANTRO, CUCUMBERS, TOMATOES, COLORED PEPPERS, LIME, scallions, OLIVE OIL, SEA SALT)
All carbonated drinks, Gatorade, and water etc.
Popcorn, ice cream and all chips and candies
All at very reasonable prices
We have 6 courts, only 4 are used for tournaments, one is used for camping, players only
One court will be used for warm-up by players/coaches only, 
We offer a very large balcony for viewing/resting/sleeping
We provide volleyballs and carts, don’t bring yours please
Bleacher seating is available
Chairs may be used in designated areas for viewing
Free Wi Fi
Teams leaving a camp area littered or failing to perform their officiating duties will be reported 
to OVR for possible sanctions.
Cancellations due to weather will follow OVR guidelines, 
and will be posted by 7:30 PM the night prior to this tournament.  
Teams canceling from playing in this tournament will be subject to the guidelines under 4.6 of the OVR 
tournament procedures handbook.
