Directions

• From the North, Northeast, or East:
  Take US Rt 30 west to Van Wert. Exit at US Rt 127 south through Van Wert until you come to Fox Road. At that traffic light turn west (right) until you come to St Rt 118 "Shannon St." Turn south (left) and go 1/8 mile to school entrance.
• From the East, Southeast and South:
  Take US Rt 127 north until you come to the south edge of Van Wert. Turn west (left) at the traffic light at Fox Rd. Proceed west until you come to St Rt 118 "Shannon St." Turn south (left) and go 1/8 mile to school entrance.

> You may enter our tournament by sending a check for $200 made payable to Jeff Marbaugh and send to:

> Your entry fee, your 11 digit team ID# need to be turned in by January 15th to hold your spot in tournament.
> Tournament will start at 8:30. Coaches meeting at 8:00. Doors open at 7:30. Coaches please stop at concession
> stand upon arrival to check your roster. Reminder that coaches need to be Impact certified and have concussion
> and safe sport courses completed and on file with OVR. 
> Pools for the tournament will be 
> posted by the Tuesday night before the tournament weekend. Pool play 
> will be the best of 3 sets. Each non-deciding game will be to 25 (win 
> by 2 - no cap). Each deciding game will be to 15 ( win by 2 - no cap).

> Enter building on south side at door number 18, high school entrance down long sidewalk.
> Courts 1 and 3 will have area at the one end of the court for lawn chairs. court 2 will have bleacher seating 
> keep chairs on the mats. court 4 will have bleacher seating only, NO CHAIRS on courts 2 and 4
> There will be no ball handling outside of the gyms.     
> All team camping is to be done in large commons area only.
> Keep all coolers in your vehicles. Coolers are prohibited in and 
> outside facilities hosting OVR sanctioned events.    
> A concession stand will be available all day.  
> 
> No rowdy fans or coaches will be tolerated. If someone continually 
> yells at the officials, scorekeepers, line judges or players, you will 
> be asked to leave the facility.  
> 
> Team cancellations: Per OVR regulations - a team canceling after the 
> entry deadline will forfeit its 
> entry fee. A team canceling prior to the entry deadline does not 
> forfeit its entry fee if a replacement team is found.  
> 
> Tournament cancellations:  If Van Wert county is under a Level 3 
> emergency, the tournament will be cancelled. A notice will be 
> displayed at the OVR Juniors Tournament info page. I will contact by 
> phone or email the contact person for each team as soon as can be 
> possible. Entry fees will be refunded to those teams by the end of the next week.
