Tournament Information

We look forward to another great year of tournaments at
Parkersburg South HS in Parkersburg, WV.  Please be sure your
entry fee of $200 has been mailed by January 15, 2017.  Make
checks payable to: The Tribe VBC and mail to: Lori Richards, 617
Tick Ridge Road, Vincent, OH  45784.    

Doors open at 7:30 AM
Coaches meeting at 8:00 AM
Play will begin at 8:30 AM

Outside food/coolers are NOT allowed in the school.  This is
strictly enforced and violators will be asked to leave.  There
will be a concession stand available full of healthy options at a
reasonable price available all day.  

Seating is provided in both gyms therefore no additional seating
is needed.  Please note that there is to be no chairs on any
playing surface.  

Medals will be awarded to the first and second place team in the
Gold Division.  

Team/Tournament cancellation:  Per OVR regulations- a team
canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the
tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee.  A team canceling
does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found.  
A team canceling from this tournament to enter a different
tournament will forfeit its entry fee.

If Wood County is under a level 3 Emergency, the tournament will
be canceled.  All coaches will be called and/or emailed if this is
the case.
