You may enter our tournament by sending a check for $200.00 made payable to:

Your entry fee and your 11 digit team ID# need to be turned in by Friday, 
January 20 to hold your spot in the tournament.

Tournament will start at 8:30 a.m.  Coaches meeting at 8:00 a.m.  Doors open
at 7:30 a.m.  Coaches please stop by the Director's Table beside the 
concession stand upon arrival to check in and check you roster.

Reminder that coaches need to be Impact certified and have concussion and safe
sport courses completed and on file with the OVR.

Pools for the tourney will be posted the Tuesday night before the tourney weekend.
Pool play will be the best of 3 sets.  Each non-deciding game will be to 25
(win by 2 - no cap). Each deciding game will be to 15 (win by 2 - no cap).

             2 vs 3  (1)
             3 vs 4  (2)
             1 vs 2  (4)

Top 2 teams out of each pool will go to Gold, 3rd place team our of each pool will 
go to Silver, and 4th place team out of each pool will go to Bronze.  Champion and 
Runner-up of Gold will receive prizes/awards.  After 1st round of tourney playoffs
losing team must stay and ref before leaving. 

NO CHAIRS will be allowed to be brought into the facility as seating will be provided. 
Courts 1, 2, and 3 (Palace - HS Gym) will have seating provided.  Court 4 (Pit - MS Gym)
will have bleacher seating available.  There will be no ball handling outside of the gyms.
No team camps will be allowed in the hallways as there will be marked off sections strictly
for team camps.  These rules will be strictly enforced.

Keep all coolers in your vehicles.  Coolers are prohibited in and outside of facilities
hosting OVR sanctioned events.  No outside food is to be brought in the school facility.
Setting up of tables and/or cooking by teams or their support staff, fans, coaches, or 
parents are prohibited at OVR sanctioned events.  A full concession stand will be available
all day.

No rowdy fans or coaches will be tolerated.  If someone continually yells at the officials,
scorekeepers, line judges or players, you will be asked to leave the facility.

Team cancellations: Per OVR regulations - a team cancelling after the entry deadline will
forfeit its entry fee.  A team cancelling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit
its entry fee if a replacement team is found.

Tournament cancellations:  If Mercer County is under a Level 3 emergency, the tournament
will be cancelled.  A notice will be displayed at the OVR Juniors Tournament info. page.  
I will contact by phone or email the contact person for each team as soon as can be
possible.  Entry fees will be refunded to those teams by the end of the next week.
