Tournament Information

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
The entry fee for this event is $200 per team.  Teams will be entered into the registration list in the order in
which their entry fee payment is received.  Teams may register by mail or online. 

To register online, click the following link and use the secure PayPal payment tool.  PayPal and credit card 
payments are accepted, and a confirmation of your payment will be sent to you via email.  You will need your 
11-character team code to register.

Please ensure that your coaches and staff are current with necessary certifications (IMPACT, Concussion, and

TOURNAMENT SITE & DIRECTIONS:

Most GPS systems will bring you to this facility without issue.  The entrance to the Nathan Goff Armory parking 
lot is on the right 500 feet after turning onto Armory Road.

IMPORTANT TIMES AND ORDER OF PLAY:
   7:15 am – Doors open
   8:00 am - Coaches' meeting on the stage
   8:30 am – Play begins

   Match Order of Pool Play:
      Match 1: 1 vs. 3 (2 refs)
      Match 2: 2 vs. 4 (1 refs)
      Match 3: 1 vs. 4 (3 refs)
      Match 4: 2 vs. 3 (1 refs)
      Match 5: 3 vs. 4 (2 refs)
      Match 6: 1 vs. 2 (4 refs)

Tournament format for 8 team tournament: All teams advance. First and second place teams advance to the Gold 
playoffs, while third and fourth place teams advance to the Silver playoffs.  Medals will be awarded to 
Tournament Champion (first place Gold).

FACILITY NOTES:
There is ample parking immediately outside of this facility.  Please do not park in spaces indicated 
as reserved for National Guard use.

Bleacher seating is available on the second floor overlooking the courts.  Folding chairs may be used 
(limited space) at court level keeping walkways open for access.  Team camps may be setup in the designated 
area on the second floor.

There will be a reasonably priced hot and cold concession available all day.  Consistent with OVR rules, outside
food is not permitted into the facility.

LODGING OPTIONS:
There are a variety of hotel options, but most are 7-10 miles from the tournament location in either Clarksburg 
or Bridgeport, WV.

SEVERE WEATHER NOTICE:
The tournament will be cancelled and refunds provided if Harrison County is under a Severe Weather Warning, or 
if I-79 in North-Central WV is closed due to weather.  If severe weather is expected, please watch this space 
for updates or contact the Tournament Director if you have questions.
