For those needing overnight stays, consider the Holiday Inn - French Quarter in Perrysburg, Ohio.

The SHAC at Owens is located on the east side of campus, between Oregon and Tracy roads. Please use the north parking lot near the greenhouse for your convenience.
NOTE: only use the main entrance. Emergency exits are alarmed and are to be used only for emergencies.
Some seating will be provided, however, fans may bring in their own chairs.

Matches will be played the best of 3 sets, to 25, win by 2, no cap.
If a deciding 3rd set is needed, the set will be played to 15, win by 2, no cap, change sides at 8.

The format for this event will be comprised of two pools consisting of 6 teams each.

All teams advance to the playoffs.  The top 2 teams in each pool go to Gold, 3rd and 4th place to Silver, 5th and 6th place teams go to Bronze.  If two teams are tied in their pool, head to head outcome will be the tiebreaker. If 3 teams from the same pool tie, tiebreaker will be determined by match %, then set %, then point differential, then a coin toss if needed.

Awards will be handed out to the 1st and 2nd place teams in the Gold division.

Concessions will be available, however no outside food will be allowed.

Weather Cancellation: if the tournament is cancelled, the club director will be notified as soon as possible. If you have to remove your team and a replacement team cannot be found, no refund will be granted.
