Doors open at 7:30 AM, with pool play starting at 8:30 AM.
Coach’s meeting begins at 8:00 AM in the office.

Pool play, playoff procedures, and officiating assignments for a
12 team tournament will follow standard OVR 
tournament formats found at:

Pool Play Format:
For pools of 6 teams, the best of 3 sets will win matches. Each
non-deciding set will be won by the
team that first scores 25 points with a minimum 2-point advantage
(no scoring cap). If there is a
deciding set, it will be won by the team that first scores 15
points with a minimum 2-point
advantage (no scoring cap). Change sides when a team earns 8
points. A point will be scored on
each rally. If the receiving team wins the rally, they score a
point and gain the serve.
If at all possible, teams from the same club, regardless of seed,
should not be placed in the same
pool.

Tournament format:
All teams advance. All teams must be ranked within their pools
based on match percentage first. For
any ties, use the tie-breaking procedure below. Additional
information can be found in the
Procedures and Rules for Juniors' Regular-Season Tournaments
document. First-place and secondplace
teams in each pool go to the Gold playoffs. Third-place and
fourth-place teams in each pool
go to the Silver playoffs.The remaining fifth-place and
sixth-place teams in each pool go to the
Bronze playoffs.
Playoff positions on the tournament brackets will be based on pool
finish.

Coolers are not permitted inside or outside the doors of the
center. A concession stand offering a variety of food 
will be available. Bleacher seating is available at the ends of
each court, and chairs may be placed in designated 
areas for viewing.  No chairs may be placed on the playing
surface.  Teams leaving a camp area littered or failing 
to perform their officiating duties will be reported to the OVR
for possible sanctions.

Awards will be given to 1st and 2nd place teams in the Gold
Division. 

Balls will be provided. 

Cancellations due to weather will follow OVR guidelines, and will
be posted ASAP.  Teams canceling from playing in 
this tournament will be subject to the guidelines under 4.6 of the
OVR tournament procedures handbook.
