Doors open at 7:30 AM, with pool play starting at 8:30 AM.
Coach’s meeting begins at 8:00 AM in the office.

Tie-breaking: 
Since all teams advance to playoffs, ties will not be decided by playing a set.
1. If 2 teams from the same pool are tied, their head to head match determines their order of finish.
2. If 3 teams from the same pool are tied after match and set % and point differential have been calculated, a coin 
flip will determine their order of finish.

Coolers are not permitted inside or outside the doors of the center. A concession stand offering a variety of food 
will be available. Bleacher seating is available at the ends of each court, and chairs may be placed in designated 
areas for viewing.  No chairs may be placed on the playing surface.  Teams leaving a camp area littered or failing 
to perform their officiating duties will be reported to the OVR for possible sanctions.

Awards will be given to 1st and 2nd place teams in the Gold Division.

Balls will be provided.  

Cancellations due to weather will follow OVR guidelines, and will be posted ASAP.  Teams canceling from playing in 
this tournament will be subject to the guidelines under 4.6 of the OVR tournament procedures handbook.
