Registration Requirements: Send 11-character team code, entry fee & coach's contact info by 
February 13, 2015. 

Cancellation Policy: A team cancelling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior 
to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team cancelling prior to 
the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found. 
A team cancelling from one tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit
its entry fee. If a team requests and receives entry into a tournament but does 
not pay its entry fee, the team's club will be fined the amount of the entry fee.

From Columbus: Take US-23 S to US 35-E/US-50 E, Exit on US-50/Athens Exit, Continue on US-50 to Lancaster Rd, 
Turn right on Lancaster Rd. Destination will be on the right. 

From Dayton: Take US-35 E towards Xenia, Exit on US-50/Athens Exit, Continue on US-50 to Lancaster Rd, 
Turn right on Lancaster Rd. Destination will be on the right

From Cincinnati: Take 71-N to OH-435/US-35 (Jeffersonville Outlet Mall Exit), Turn right onto US-35 E, 
Exit on US-50/Athens Exit, Continue on US-50 to Lancaster Rd, Turn right on Lancaster Rd. Destination 
will be on the right

Parking is available on all 3 sides of the building. Camping will be located on the right side of the 
building, so the closest parking would be the right side parking lot. 

Concessions: There will be a concession available on site; no coolers or outside food will be 
permitted on the property.  

Spectator Seating: There is bleacher seating available for each court, while there is limited 
space on the court for outside seating.

Court 1 and 2 will be in the high school gym, while Court 3 will be located in the middle school. Both schools 
are located under the same roof. 

Playoffs: All teams will advance to playoffs. 1st and 2nd teams in pool play will move on to 
the Gold bracket, while the top 2 3rd place in pool play will move into Gold bracket. The last 
3rd place and 4th place teams will play in the silver bracket. There will be a 15 minute break 
between the last pool play game and tournament play. 

Awards: Awards will be given to Gold Bracket winner and runner-up. 

Weather Related Cancellations/Delays: If Ross County (Ohio) is issued a level 3 emergency, the tournament 
will be cancelled. If under a level 2, the tournament director will consider the road conditions before 
making a decision. Phone calls will be made to coaches if there is a cancellation.
