Tournament Information

The entry fee is $200 per team.

Please make your checks payable to: FLASH VBC, please include your 11 digit team code, team and club name.

Checks should be mailed by January 15, 2015. A team cancelling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team cancelling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found.

Doors Open at 7:30am, coaches meeting will be at 8:00am. Play begins at 8:30am

Bleachers are available for spectators, no chairs please.

Concession:  There is absolutely no outside food permitted in the school, per OVR regulations.
A full concession will be provided at Cochranton High School.

Tournament Format:  Pools will be set according to OVR tournament guidelines for 12 teams.  All teams will advance to playoffs.  Playoff positions will be based on the pool finish and OVR tournament guidelines.

All teams advance to gold play-offs.  Play-Off positions on the bracket will be based on match results from second round.


Awards:  Awards will be given to first place team in Gold Division.
