Tournament Information:

Doors open at 7:30 am. Coaches' meeting is at 8:00 am. Play begins
at 8:30 am.

Entry fee is $190 US per team. Please write your entry fee check
payable to: Black Swamp VBC

Checks should be mailed by January 15, 2015. Please supply your 11
character team code as soon as you have defined them.

Teams will be placed in 4 team pools which are posted on Tuesday
the week of the tournament. The top 8 teams are taken to Gold for
a single elimination tournament and the bottom 4 teams are put
into a Silver bracket single elimination bracket.

Awards will be given to the 1st and 2nd place team in the Gold
Division and 1st in the Silver Division.

Chairs are permitted in the mezzanine, but please share the front
viewing area with teams that are currently playing. We do have
limited bleacher space on the playing level. For the safety of the
participants and spectators, chairs are not permitted on the
playing level. 

When you enter the building, please proceed to the mezzanine area.
There you will find a camping area that has been assigned to your
team. Each team will have a camping area that is marked off on the
floor, with an identification sign on the wall above the area. The
camp areas are assigned according to pools and team number in the
pool. As an example, 3-4 would be Pool 3 (C), team 4.

Outside food is not allowed into the facility. Black Swamp will be
hosting a concession stand for participants and spectators. The
menu will include, but is not limited to: Chicken sandwiches &
bratwurst $2.00, Hot dogs $1.00, fresh popcorn .50, soft pretzels
with cheese, nachos, pop, sports drinks and water. Personal
coolers must be left in your vehicles; players may bring in small
snacks for themselves.
