• Driving north on SR-11:
  Take the ramp right for Tibbetts-Wick Rd toward Niles.
  Turn Left onto Tibbetts-Wick Rd / CR-28.
  Turn Left onto Shannon Road.
  High School is 1 mile away on the right-hand side.
• Driving south on SR-11:
  Take ramp right onto Tibbetts-Wick Rd toward Niles.
  Turn Right onto Tibbetts-Wick Rd / CR-28 then immediately turn left onto Shannon Rd.
  High School is 1 mile away on the right-hand side.

Tournament Information

Doors open at 7:00 AM, coaches meeting at 7:40 AM, play begins at
8:00 AM.

This is a 12 team 3 net tournament, 4 team round robin in pool
play.  The 1st & 2nd place teams, along with the 2 best 3rd place
teams, on all 3 nets go to the 8 team Gold playoffs with single
elimination.  The three 4th place teams along with the 3 best 3rd
place team goes to the single elimination Silver playoffs.  As
long as all coaches agree, the losing team in the first match of
playoffs will go home and the winning team will stay and
officiate.

First place in Gold receives a t-shirt & medal. Second place in
Gold and First place in Silver receive medals.

There will be concessions available with hot and cold foods.  Food
must be kept in the cafeteria and out of the gym and hallways.  No
coolers permitted in gym.

Team Cancellation
A team canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the
tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team canceling
prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if
a paid team entry replacement is found. Phone or other expenses
incurred to find a replacement may be deducted from the entry fee
refund. A team canceling from one tournament to enter a different
tournament will forfeit its entry fee. If a team requests and
receives entry into a tournament but does not pay its entry fee,
the teams’ club will be fined the amount of the entry fee.

Tournament Changes and Cancellations
The OVR Juniors’ Tournament Director will cancel tournaments
having fewer than four teams entered within one month of the
tournament date. If, for other reasons, a tournament is cancelled,
contact the OVR Juniors’ Tournament Director immediately. Notify
all teams entered and assigned referees by phone and through the
OVR website and issue a refund within 72 hours of the
cancellation. If a tournament needs to be altered, the tournament
director must notify all club directors and referees both by phone
and through the OVR website. Hired/contracted referees who are not
notified but still arrive at the match site will be compensated a
minimum of one match fee.
Due to circumstances beyond a tournament director’s control,
changes may be necessary for starting time, pool play or
tournament formats, and occasionally tournament sites. Tournament
directors are still responsible for providing information in
sufficient time for club directors and their teams to plan
accordingly. Use the OVR website to post all tournament
information.
