• From North or Northwest Ohio:

  Take I-75 south to US RT 33 west to Rockford or take US RT 127 south to US RT 33 west to Rockford.

• From East or Central Ohio:

  Take US RT 33 west to Rockford.

• From Southern Ohio:

  Take either I-75 to US RT 33 west to Rockford or US RT 127 north to US RT 33 west to Rockford.

Tournament Information

Teams may enter Parkway tournaments by sending an entry fee($200), 11 digit team id#
and a team contact(phone# and email)
once I have confirmed your spot. Checks need to be in by January 15 to hold your spot.
Checks should be made out to Parkway Athletics and sent to:

Parkway High School is located on the south edge of Rockford off of St. Rt. 118. Doors will open @8:00.
Coaches should check in at concession stand upon arrival to check rosters.
Coaches meeting will be @8:30. Tournament will start @9:00. Pools for tournament will be posted by
Tuesday night before tournament weekend.

Warm-ups for will be as follows:
prior to teams first match of the day, 15 minutes: 7 shared, 4 serving team, 4 receiving team.
After teams first match, 10 minutes: 2 shared, 4 serving team, 4 receiving team.

 Match schedule is as follows
    Match #1 - 1vs3 (2 ref)
        #2 - 2vs4 (1)
        #3 - 1vs4 (3)
        #4 - 2vs3 (1)
        #5 - 3vs4 (2)
        #6 - 1vs2 (4)

For 4 court tournaments, top 2 teams from each pool to gold, 3rd to silver and 4th to bronze.
For 2 court tournaments, top 2 teams to gold, 3rd and 4th to silver.
Losing teams must stay and ref next match during tournament play.
All camping done in big commons area
T-shirts for 1st and 2nd in gold with 4 courts and 1st in gold with 2 courts.
No ball handling outside of gyms. Coolers are prohibited in and outside of facilities during OVR events.
A full concession stand will be available all day.

Courts 1,2,3 you can put chairs at end of courts but do not block entry way into the gym.
Court 4 will have bleacher seating.
 NO CHAIRS ON COURT 4.    No rowdy fans will be tolerated.

If someone continually yells at officials, work crew or players, you will be removed
from the facility and an incident report will be filed with the OVR.

Team cancellations: If a team drops out of tournament after holding a spot and no replacement team is found,
you will lose your entry fee.
Tournament cancellations: If mercer county is under a level 3 emergency,
the tournament will be cancelled. I will put a notice on the OVR web site and will contact
the team rep as soon as possible. Your entry fee will be refunded.
