Sports Express is located on State Route 741 (Kings Mills Road) in Mason.

• Heading north on I-71 from Cincinnati, take Exit 25 (Kings Mills Road). Turn left off the exit and go 4 stop lights. (about 0.8 mile) Make a right into the Shoppes of Mason. Sports Express is located in the big grey building that sits behind Blockbuster Video.

• From I-75 heading south from Dayton, take the Monroe exit 29 (St. Rt. 63). Turn left off the exit and head east for 3 miles. Turn right on St Rt 741 and go south for 5.5 miles. You will come to a large intersection with Kroger's on your left. Make a left in front of Kroger's and then make another left at the first light. This is the entrance to the Shoppes of Mason. Drive straight back, Sports Express sits behind Blockbuster Video.

Doors open both days:	 7:00am
Coaches/Officials meeting(day 1 only): 7:30am
Play begins both days: 8:00am

POOL PLAY AND BRACKET INFORMATION:
Seeding is based on OVR standings as well as out of region team strength considerations.  Teams will be placed into pools on Tuesday prior to the weekend tournament. 
Pools are set according to OVR tournament guidelines for X number of teams. Pool pay is the best of three sets with rally scoring.  Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point advantage(no scoring cap). 
The deciding set, if needed will be to 15 points with a minimum two point advantage(no scoring cap).  All warm-ups will use the 2-4-4 format; 2-minutes shared court, 4-minutes Serving Team,4-minutes Serve Receiving team.  Teams may request the referee to tell them when to serve, usually one minute.

Day 1: First Round-All Teams Advance.  Second Round begins on Day 1: 1st 2 matches of second round will begin on day 1.
Day 2: Completion of second round of pools and bracket play. Top two teams in Pool AA and BB play in the Gold. 
Third and fourth place teams In pool AA and BB will play in the Silver.  Top Two teams in Pool CC and DD play in the Bronze.  Third and Fourth place teams in Pool CC and DD play in the Copper.

1st and 2nd place teams in Gold will receive awards. 

Hotel information:
For April and May the Hampton Inn Kings Island will offer a rate of 
$99..00 that would be for either a king room or a room with double queen 
beds , Hampton Inn offer a full breakfast served daily 
6am-10am that’s included in the room rate.


FACILITY INFORMATION:
Seating is provided. Do not bring chair. Camping space is available for teams. Coolers not permitted in building.  Sports Express facility has a full menu concession area including healthy choices.  (Sandwiches, burgers, grilled chicken, fresh fruit, smoothies, chips and candies).
