Tournament Information

NO BLEACHER SEATING WHATSOEVER IN MIDDLE SCHOOL SO BRING YOUR
CHAIR, NO LAYING DOWN EITHER
BLEACHER SEATING ONLY IN HIGH SCHOOL 
NO FOOD OR DRINK IN GYMS OTHER THAN FOR PLAYERS
TEAMS ARE ASKED TO SEE ME IN THE CONCESSION STAND WHEN YOU LEAVE
BECAUSE WE HAVE HAD ALOT OF MESSY, LITTERED CAMPSITES LEFT FOR THE
JANITORS

Doors open at 7:00 AM,Coaches meeting at 7;30AM  with pool play
starting as soon as the coaches meeting is over.
Pools
1 & 2 (as well as gold divisions) will play in the high school. 
Pool 3 (and silver division)Pool four (bronze division) will play
in the junior high at the
west end of the parking lot.
Coach’s meeting starts at 7:30am in the high school cafeteria.
Pool play, playoff procedures, and officiating assignments for a
16 team tournament will follow standard OVR tournament formats
found at
http://www.ovr.org/juniors/tournament_packet/JTP_Tournament_Format_12.pdf.

  Awards will be given to 1st and 2nd teams in Gold

Coolers are not permitted inside or outside the doors of the
buildings.   A concession stand will offer a variety food,
including healthy food choices for players.   All food must be
eaten in the high
school cafeteria or junior high lobby area where tables are
provided.
Chair seating only in Junior High, bleacher seating only in HS
  All trash should be disposed of properly.   Teams
should leave camp
areas clean.  

Cancellations due to weather will follow OVR guidelines, and will
be posted by 6 AM the morning of the tournament.  Teams
cancelling from playing in this tournament will be subject to the
guidelines under 4.5 of the OVR tournament procedures handbook.
