• From I-80/I-90:

  • Take the Ohio Turnpike to exit 59.
  • Get off the exit and go South, you will end up on Reynolds Rd.
  • Turn left at Dussel Rd (first stop light).
  • Turn left at 3-way stop sign to stay on Dussel Rd.
  • The road will dead end into the parking lot of the LCRC.

• From I-75 South:

  • Take I-75 North to exit 192 (I-475 Norht/US 23).
  • Travel north towards Maumee/Ann Arbor for ~7.3 miles.
  • Take exit 6 (Maumee/Dussel Rd).
  • Turn right (East) on Dussel Rd.
  • Travel about 3 miles and turn left at 3-way stop sign to stay on Dussel Rd.
  • The road will dead end into the parking lot of the LCRC.

• From I-475 North:

  • Take I-475 to exit 6 (Maumee/Dussel Rd).
  • Turn left (East) on Dussel Rd.
  • Travel about 3 miles and turn left at 3-way stop sign to stay on Dussel Rd.

Tournament Information

Pool play format: 4 courts, 6 referees each day, 16 teams, 60
matches 4 pools of 4 teams

The first round will be played on Saturday plus 2 matches of round
two, then on Sunday the remaining 4 matches will be played then
move onto brackets.

For pools of 4 teams, the best of 3 sets will win matches. Each
non-deciding set will be won by the team that first scores 25
points with a minimum 2-point advantage (no scoring cap). If there
is a deciding set, it will be won by the team that first scores 15
points with a minimum 2-point advantage (no scoring cap). Change
sides when a team earns 8 points. A point will be scored on each
rally. If the receiving team wins the rally, they score a point
and gain the serve.

For the first round, teams from the same club, regardless of seed,
should not be placed in the same pool.

Tournament format: All teams advance. All teams must be ranked
within their pools based on match percentage first. For any ties,
use the tie-breaking procedure below. Top two teams in Pool AA and
BB play in Gold tournament.
Third and fourth place teams in Pool AA and BB play in Silver
tournament. Top two teams in Pool CC and DD play in Bronze
tournament. Third and fourth place teams in Pool CC and DD play in
Copper tournament. Awards to first, second and both third places
in Gold Division.

Entry fee is $400 US per team.  Please write your entry fee check

Checks should be mailed by January 1, 2015.  Checks are not
deposited until the weekend of the event.  If you are entering
teams in multiple events, you may want to send a separate check
per event.

Non-OVR teams need to submit the following entry form with their

Doors open at 8:00am.  Coaches' meeting is at 8:30am near court
#1.  Play begins at 9:00am.

Seating is limited.  You may bring your own chair.

Outside food is not allowed into the facility.  TVC will be
hosting a concession stand for participants and spectators. 
Personal coolers must be left in your vehicles.

There is parking in the front of the building.

If severe weather is expected, we will notify all teams of any
changes and also posted on this site.
